How we work
Bring the work, not an AI strategy.
Bring something your team already needs to finish. We sit with the people doing it, watch where judgment enters, and teach from the decisions already on the table. The answer might be AI, an Excel macro, or leaving the decision exactly where it belongs: in human hands.
When the lesson exposes a missing tool, we can build it instead of handing you a recommendation and leaving.
