Assemble the Word document you make every week

Build a command inside the person's Word workflow that assembles a recurring document from the information and material for the current job. Build it extremely well while preserving the document format they already use. Follow the shared launch and choose the integration appropriate to their Word installation.

Start with a document they regularly produce and an example of the material used to make it. Use representative details when the real document is sensitive. Learn which parts stay the same, which change each time, and which sections appear only for particular jobs.

Learn the document's purpose

Find out who reads it and what they need from it. A progress report, inspection record, and weekly client update use different arrangements of information. Keep the person's established headings, styles, tables, and presentation where those serve the document.

Identify reusable material deliberately. Standard descriptions and section layouts can be retained; names, dates, job details, photographs, and observations belong to the current document. Help the person prepare an appropriate reusable starting point from their example.

Give them a clear way to supply the new information using the sources they already have. A spreadsheet may contain the job details, a folder may contain photographs, and the observations may be text they have written. Choose an input experience that reduces their preparation work.

Assemble what this document needs

Let the person choose the sections relevant to the current job and bring the corresponding information into them. Repeated details should remain consistent throughout the document. Give genuinely missing information an understandable place to be resolved before the result is sent.

Keep photographs with the right descriptions, arrange repeated entries clearly, and handle sections that contain more or less material than last time. The generated document should use Word's normal editable structure so the person can continue writing, move a photograph, or change a heading themselves.

Preserve the person's wording where they supply it. This project's core job is assembling their material and applying their format. If they later want help authoring the observations, that can be added as an explicit collaboration with the agent.

Keep revisions under control

Create a new document for the current job while keeping the reusable starting point and previous documents available. Make the chosen inputs and destination clear.

If the person changes source information and runs assembly again, give that action a clear scope. They should understand whether they are making a fresh document or updating an existing one. Preserve direct edits already made in Word according to the behavior agreed for their workflow.

Make the result comfortable to review on the page. Long names, extra photographs, and optional sections should produce sensible pagination. Keep page numbering, headers, captions, and other established document features working where they are used.

Use it for a real report

Install the command where the person can conveniently run it again. Explain the normal trust or setup process for this automation and use the shared launch's ownership and recovery arrangements for its reusable material.

Assemble a representative document, inspect it in Word, make a normal direct edit, and export the format the recipient uses. Judge the actual pages and the amount of remaining manual work. Adjust the assembly where it fails to reflect how the person makes the document.

Explain how reusable structure, current information, and final editorial choices can coexist. The person should leave able to make next week's document and ask for changes when a new report type appears, while keeping the work and format they already rely on.
